BCC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thursday, December 13th
On Thursday, December 13th, at 7 p.m. the Barrie Cycling Club will hold its Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Midhurst Community Hall, located at 74 Doran Rd., Midhurst. (Directions: W. on Bayfield St. to Findlay Mill Road; right on Findlay Mill Rd. to Doran Rd; left on Doran and the Community Centre is the first building on your right).
The agenda for the evening will include the following:
1. Welcome and introduction of executive.
2. President’s Report.
3. Treasurer’s report.
4. Race Director & Ride Co-coordinator’s Reports.
5. Election of New Executive.
6. Awards presentations.
7. New Business
Most of the current executive has indicated an intention to stand for re-election in their current positions. We will have an opening for a ride co-coordinator. If anyone is interested in standing for this position or any other position on the executive please advise me by telephone (735-0348) or e-mail d.fabbro (at) sympatico (dot) ca.
All club members are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting. This is your club. We will be discussing the future direction of the club and we need and value your input. Plan on attending and I hope to see you there.
